YC Plastics was established in 1991. Today our manufacturing capability spans vacuum forming, five-axis CNC trimming, three-axis machining, digital engineering and assembly.
We work with customers across automotive, scientific, electronics, medical, aerospace, office equipment, HVAC equipment and seating applications.
From a drawing or physical sample, we can review the material, geometry, tooling and production route with you.

Our current BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certification covers vacuum forming and machining of all plastics, including the design and development of vacuum forming tooling.

back into use.
Production plastic offcuts are reground for recycling. Solar power is part of our future plans for the site.
