Our CNC fleet includes five Geiss five-axis machines, an Anderson Genesis EVO 510 and two Pacer machines. Tebis and Cimatron support our CAD/CAM workflow.
Geiss CNC10 technology
Engineered for
the finished profile.
Our two CNC10 machines combine five-axis trimming with 12-station tool changers. Working envelopes of 2500 × 1500 × 560 mm and 2000 × 1000 × 560 mm support a range of component sizes.
Five-axis access
Controlled tool orientation supports trimming around contoured components and access to features on different faces.
Tools for the operation
12-station tool changers provide multiple tools within the machining programme for the required trimming and finishing operations.
A rigid platform
Geiss designs its CNC10 platform around a stiff machine structure and low-mass moving axes to support machining stability and responsive movement.
